Highbridge Film Festival

Guidelines

  • Entrants must be a student in 9th-12th grade when the project was completed.
  • Academic year of entrant must be verified, in writing, from a school administrator.
  • Each entry must be accompanied by a completed entry form. All forms must be signed. Photocopied forms are accepted.
  • Entry must have been completed within two years of the final entry deadline.
  • Three categories are being offered with the following time limits, including credits: narratives at 8 minutes, documentaries at 10 minutes and music videos (length determined by song). Projects that exceed these limits will be disqualified.
  • Entrants must obtain all necessary rights and permissions for all material used in each entry, including any and all non-original aspects (including music).
  • Entrants must submit two NTSC DVD copies of their entry.
  • Each DVD must be labeled with the entrant's name, email address, phone number, title and length of entry.
  • Entrants agree that the festival retains the right to use all submissions for unlimited promotion, screenings and a compilation DVD.
  • Entries cannot be returned.
  • Each entry must include appropriate festival fees according to the deadline schedule below.
  • Judges’ decisions are final. All prizes need not be awarded.
